Good morning,
I have a question linked to my billing. When I joined Ee it was with a sim only deal and a broadband package. Do I am billed by Ee but since 2021 I have been billed monthly by Ee limited. These bills have increased since 2021 although I have not changed my plan? Is there a better broadband plan I can change to as I am paying about £45.54 on average per month for broadband plus my sim only payments? It is only for myself and my daughter in a small house- and the broadband is not fast. Thank you 🙏
