Hello @Lee368.
Thanks for coming here.
Do you have content lock on your EE account?
You can check this and remove it by logging in to your EE account online.

I've had exactly the same problem with skybet and it only started in November. I've tried everything to resolve the problem without success. However I've just access my EE account on line, selected "mobile" then "manage mobile" then "parental controls" then move the marker to "off". You then need to reboot your phone for the new setting to take effect. It seems to work, I can at least access Skybet when I've no wifi but what the side effects of having no protection is, I dread to think. There may be other ways to solve the problem, a phone call to EE might be worth a try because I do think it's a problem only they can resolve rather than skybet themselves

@peterpumpkin
You can find the effects of changing your Content Lock settings at How do I turn on parental controls on mobiles.
The only way to access betting websites would be to change the Content Lock level to allow 18+ services, which is what Customer Service would do.
