@Carolbill , are you abroad or do you mean if someone rings you from the EU?

If you are planning to go abroad to the EU, you can get a roaming pass, which works in the EU and five other countries, then yes, calls to the UK will be included at no extra cost, but anyone ringing you from one of the EU countries will pay, according to their plan in their country.

You will need to make sure that you having roaming activated on your account before going abroad. Hope this answers your question.
