Account suspension

My ee account was suspended no internet minutes or texts and now that I have paid my bill how do I get it up and running again

Thanks for coming to the community.

It can be up to 24 hours for a suspension to be lifted after the bill has been paid. 

How was it you made the payment? When did you pay it?

It could take 2 or 3 days to be unsuspended after you made your payment.
