Hi everyone is there problem going on today with 4G ?? Can’t get service mean’s can’t work

@Said78  Use THIS and click the check status tab to see if there is an issue in your area.  You can also report the issue if one isn’t listed. 

 Have you tried just restarting your he device? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Do you have 2G/3G service instead of 4G? Or no coverage at all?

Voice & text facilities should be available over 2G, although not ideal for data use.

The coverage tool mentioned above, is the best check on service faults.
