That'll teach me to not check the prefixes! Good spot.
Indeed so - 07911 numbers belong to Channel Islands operators so calls to them will be international.

Thanks, @bristolian . Do you know the site that lists all the UK mobile dialling prefixes? I used have a reliable 1 whose name I can't remember but it no longer comes up.

I tend to use magsys or telecoms-tariffs - both are interlinked.

@bristolian : They seem to be all about tariffs. I'm after mobile dialling codes like 07911.

Just add a bit more info, Dailing 070 or 076 Prefix Numbers are also not included in Any Mobile Network Plans, in fact some of these Prefixes can be very expensive to Call. 😉

- What number do I call to extend the time before a call goes to message? in Mobile Services
- Switching phone number in SIM cards & Porting
- Change number in SIM cards & Porting
- Phone number not been transferred in SIM cards & Porting
- "You have dialled an incorrect number" calling Tesco in Mobile Services
