I agree to the above too. I have contacted their team before and they always tell me there are no problems in my area...
They never want to address the problem, only hide it.
Yet they still want to claim they are the UKs best network

What are the service issues you're having with your phone? There's no incentive for EE to intentionally disregard network issues when they're reported.
The "best network" claims are based on wide area testing which all operators partake of, and results have been consistent over extended periods.
