the EE 4G signal is virtually non existent

Hello, the EE 4G signal is virtually non existent in xxx xxx. Inside there is zero reception and on the street it’s one/ maybe two bars. xxxxxx St and xxxxxx St are fine but I seem to be in a black hole. It was like this yesterday. What is going on please? Thanks

Yup. There is no report a problem buttonZ I’ve tried this half a dozen times today. 
EE reception is appalling. Surely you can just scrape this issue into the system yourself?

I've had a search of the network checker with the postcode and we're aware of a problem in the area, @SlimJim82.

If you're not getting a 'keep me posted' button when searching that postcode on more than one device, I would recommend speaking to our technical support team so that they can sign you up for updates.

Thanks for your patience so far, hopefully you're back up and running fully soon.
