significant decline in 5G/4G & Service

I’ve noticed a significant decline in the network’s performance over the last 6-12 months despite upgrading to the new iPhone recently. The 5G/4G connectivity in most places including built-up areas has become increasingly inconsistent, often leaving me and my partner with little to no connection. Also the frequency of call dropouts is becoming far to often considering how much we pay each month.

calls  to address the issue with customer service seem to  fall on deaf ears, like this is just normal now!

It’s quite obvious I’m not the only customer facing this level of intermittent service and it only seems to be getting worse. 

What’s going on!?!

Is there a particular area that you have problems with? Does your experience match our prediction on the coverage checker?

Having a variation in the onscreen bars is perfectly normal, even more so with a 5G phone - the 5G network is still in relative infancy compared with the mature 4G rollout.

If you're getting calls dropping or data not loading, that would be cause for concern. Does 4G-calling show onscreen when calls drop?
