@Stringy66 Try using WiFi calling this is exactly why it’s there, No network will guarantee signal indoors as buildings can block signals.

Hi @Stringy66
Welcome to the EE Community
Just as @Chris_B has mentioned, WIFI calling is a benefit from EE included in your service plan.
You can find out more about it at WIFI-Calling
Once activated in your device, you can leave it switched on permanently- your phone will automatically swap between the mobile and WIFI connections.

WiFi-calling is fundamentally a very stable & reliable service, but many users think otherwise when one of two factors are considered.
1: It's only as good as the wireless connection it's being used over. If this is weak or poor, so can the resultant calls.
2: The service is designed to only kick-in when mobile coverage is deemed (by the phone) to be unusable. If your phone is using "mobile-preferred", it may not be using the service.
Some recent Android phones allow you to set "WiFi-preferred", otherwise try enabling flight mode (to force zero coverage), then enable WiFi-manually. Now try using WiFi-calling.
