poor signal cant answer phonecalls

I only have one signal bar and have had this for the last two weeks. does not seem to be coverage issue int he area

Does this happen in multiple areas or just one location?

The on-screen signal bars are only a rough guide to service, one-bar should still be plenty to make & receive calls and otherwise use your phone.

What happens when you try answering a call?
