was pursuaded to move to ee on the basis that their coverage would be better. this has not been the case at all and efforts to get help from them has been totally negative. how has anyone else solved this issue.

What does the coverage checker report for your location?
Does the network status checker report any problems?

reception is extremely poor, phone calls just suddenly cut off and texts often take days to come through, all despite coverage checker saying excellent and no issues with network status checker!!!!
