phone not connecting to network

Phone has stopped connecting to my EE mobile network, cant send or receive texts, calls or access internet or whatsapp messaging. How do I check if its a network issue or phone issue. Phone is a Galaxy A20

Is this happening only in one specific location, or others? Do you have access to WiFi connection?
Do you know anyone else locally who uses EE?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

not currently in a wifi area. Just at my work place now, but cant connect to EE network. My wife on EE in a different location is not having any issues

Does this happen in more than one area or only when you are at work?
Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?
