Hi I’ve had no network service since 18.00 on Saturday 10 August and it’s still not working 48 hours later, EE know there’s a problem and said it’s taking longer to fix…. I’m in the Stoke on Trent area but do we get compensation for all this downtime ???

There is no automatic right to reimbursement from local outages, which happen on all networks from time-to-time.
If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.
You can discuss your individual account by calling 150 anytime.
