network is too slow. what happening?

HERE@jass020 as the network covers the whole of the UK and there’s more than one telephone mast you need to check your area, you can do that HERE and click the check status tab.    But have you tried just restarting your device? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'd recommend checking for problems in your area using the Network & Coverage Tool.

Put in your postcode and choose your phone model, then click 'Check Status'.
