Yeah my signal is suddenly awful in my house and it never used to be, and my wifi keeps going off. Had the network and wifi checked by ee and they say there's no problem but it's so sudden and so massive a deterioration that I'm very confused.

Is it mobile data or home broadband WiFi you're having problems with?

Unfortunately its both. My ee phone signal had completely disappeared in some rooms, and when i have it its very low. My wifi cuts out randomly at frequent intervals, and when when its showing full i still have people unable to speak to me on wifi calling becausw the signal is bad or because the calls keep disconnecting. Its only happened in the last few weeks too.

Who provides your home broadband? Are you using the freebie router, or one that you've provided?
You can check for, and report, mobile network issue via the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
