No signal in Shipton By Beningbrough

Complained multiple times and always told engineers working in area. However after months and months still no fix. Told by EE representative to leave and go with another provider.

This attitude after being with EE ten years.

Hi @ShaunG

Thanks for coming here.

I am sorry to hear you have signal issues in the area. Our engineers will be working hard to get this resolved as quickly as they can. If you signed up for updates on the coverage checker, the network team will keep you updated when they have more details.

Is there a recognised issue on the "check status" option of the coverage webtool?

Everytime one is opened in our area. We get engineers working in area and
then a follow up saying resolved. However no change and still no signal.

Yes and then they close it saying engineers finished in area, however still no signal.

I have and just seem to get automated engineer in area followed by issue resolved. However no change in area whatsoever.

Hi @ShaunG

Thanks for coming back to us.

If the report is closed and signal has not improved, have you reported the problem again on the coverage checker to let the network team know?

Does anyone else on EE have the same signal problems in the area?

Leanne.

Yes reported numerous times. Yes everyone in village is the same with poor to no EE coverage.

Raise it with the CEO team , your paying for a service don't be fobbed off,  make sure it is raised as a complaint and don't let the close it till you have your signal back , remember it cost EE a lot of money if it goes to the ombudsman, just remember they can't wait to raise your price but not fix your service.
