mobile data not working in Sherborne

Mobile data has not been working in Sherborne , Dorset since Sunday at least. 

Same phone works fine else where. My son's friend also report the same issue.

Website says that EE is aware of an issue. But there has been no improvment for at least 5 days

Presumably voice calls are OK? Is mobile data just slow, or totally unavailable?

If the website tool says there's a known issue, then use "keep me updated". Most fixes are quite prompt, but it depends on the nature of the issue
