I have tried:
1. rests to phone and 5g router for all 3 sim cards
2. switch them around
3. checked status on services
4. removed content restriction on all 3 sim cards
5. checked if i need hardware firmware update on all 3 devices
6. tried different browser
the network is very slow

Thanks for coming to the community.
You have certainly tried a few of the standard steps that we would have a look at.
Are you finding that the data is slow all of the time, or is it up and down?
Have you tried to use the SIM cards elsewhere?
When you say you have checked the status, was that by clicking on our Network Status Checker?

Data is consistently below 1mbps through out the day, tested throughout. It's climbing up to 4mbps or 5mbps after 9pm.
I have bought a Vodafone sim to test and it's showing 10mbps (but that was the case) 25 months ago before I switched to EE.
4 days ago EE will be an avg 70mbps during the day and 110mbps during the night.
I have also fixed the network to connect using 4g and not to seek 5g, i also rest the network.
By the way the upload speed is 14-20mbps during the day

That is a big drop in a few days. Was there anything showing in the area when you entered your post code on the Network Status Checker?

Since you last posted and the problem in the area was resolved, have you seen any improvements?
If not, could you report this on the status checker again to get this investigated by the network team. The network team will keep you updated once this has been looked into.
