My phone is not connecting to the network, I have restarted it several times but still no luck. not sure what else i can do

Hi @Danrobs,

Do you have another phone you could test your SIM in? This will help us identify if it is a SIM or phone fault.

it appears to be the sim as i have just put another ee sim in my phone and it works perfectly

i did speak to someone yesterday about sending a replacement sim for a different number on my account. i bet she messed up and cancelled my current sim.

Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check if you SIM has been deactivated.

They'll be happy to help.

i have no way of contacting them as message service is currently not working

Are you able to visit an EE store?

They'll be able to check you account and give you a replacement SIM if needed.

How do I find out my SIM ME number. I am locked out of my phone having upgraded and now can only access emergency calls.

Is it your SIM PIN you need? The default PIN is 1111.
