Yes they are. I've travelled from Gatwick home and had the same issue the whole time. I don't usually have any problems with signal here.

Have you tried restarting your phone, @Andrew240

Another test would be to try manually connecting to EE. Tap Settings > Network and Connections. The option should be in there.

Thanks Chris. I tried both of those things and still couldn't get it to connect. Even when I tried to manually connect it said unable to connect.

Could you try manually connecting to another UK provider, @Andrew240?

It will come up saying the connection has failed. Then try connecting manually back to EE.

Let me know if that works?
