Hello,
when making calls using my e sim number they start of fine but after a about 20 seconds the person on the other end cannot hear me.
this has been happening for a week now. What can I do please?

I don't imagine an eSIM has anything directly to do with this, but is this happening in one specific location or multiple areaas?
You can check for, and report, network issues using the "check status" option on the online coverage tool - although a network fault would be affecting every EE user in that area indiscriminately.
