Suddenly today my 4g hasn’t worked and nor has my texts saying they’re failing to send. Apparently people have revived them but says they haven’t on my end and struggling to send or receive.
same contract and nothing has changed, bill paid for etc.. been like this for a good 12+ hours. Been wanting to get a new contract and phone but if this persists will look for other better networks as EE doesn’t have any good deals really.

Does your phone show any coverage, of whatever variety (2G, 3G for example)? Have you tried restarting your phone?
Is this problem happening in one specific location? Use "check status" on EE's coverage tool if so.
