coverage problem

Hello I live in postcode N20. I just moved here. I have been an EE customer for 1 week. I cannot even reach 0.1 mbps internet speed inside my house. The internet is terrible. When I check it from the network controller, it shows that there is 5G reception inside and outside the house. But I definitely can't even open a page in the browser. I bought my home's fixed internet from EE. However, if my mobile phone continues to not receive signal like this, I will change all my providers. please help me.

Not sure what you mean by the "network controller", but the status webtool lets you check for predicted coverage and also known faults - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

Use "check service status" for faults & issues, and "check coverage" for prediction of normal service.

hello,

When I check on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker it shows that my internet is very good. However, I walk around the house with my phone in my hand and search for the internet. My friend can use 50 mbps internet speed with Vodafone, but I cannot even use 1 mbps. I currently put my phone on the kitchen door. This is how I can contact you. Because internet only works there.

I'm just a user like yourself. Sound like you've used the "check coverage" option on the tool - how about the "check service status" option that I mentioned?

Coverage check shows 4g reception perfectly. But there is no internet. When I use check service status " sorry there is a problem with the service" "We're working to fix the issue. Please try again later." I'm getting error. please help.Ekran görüntüsü 2024-10-22 144617.pngEkran görüntüsü 2024-10-22 144648.pngWhatsApp Image 2024-10-22 at 14.47.47.jpeg

Internet comes only when I place my phone on the kitchen door.

Hello @Ruu35

Thanks for coming back here.

How long have you been seeing this error for?

Have you been able to speak with our customer care team to check the status of your area?

The bottom-left corner of the coverage prediction you've posted, mentions "we're looking into a problem in your area".

This suggests a known fault has been logged.

I missed that @bristolian

Good spot and thanks for pointing it out.

Hello again, as far as I understand, I have to wait a while to be able to use the internet on my mobile phone. Can you at least activate the EE modem I received today and give me internet?IMG_0037.jpeg

Hello @Ruu35

Have you been provided an activation date?

We do not have the ability to start your Home Broadband any earlier.
