Ok, so let's start with the Good News, the good news is        .....there isn't much Bad News, you're picking up and getting good 4G+ (4G LTE Advanced) and 5G.

On the 4G side you're getting good CA (Carrier Aggregation) your Router is Registering on Band 3 (1800mhz PCi 208) and getting additional CA on Band 3 (1800mhz), Band 1 (2100Mhz) and Band 7 (2600Mhz). On the 5G side you're Picking up Band n78 (3500Mhz), this Signal Info is all good stuff. The 5G n78 Band is the better of all of EE's 5G Bands, again good news, it's the one to have for best Bandwidth and hence speed, despite that fact that it's a bit of an odd ball in its own frequency compared to the normal 4G Bands and this is where it's important to source and install the correct Antenna(s).

Going slightly Off-Piste here, a quick average calculation of your available bandwidth is, on 4G, 20+15+15+20 Mhz and 5G, 40 Mhz so an average Total of over 100mhz, all very techy but again this is good news and should provide a fairly decent and more to the point consistent download speed quality for your Router.

From the information you provided your Router is Registering on its Cell ID 7462912 and firing Sector 0 to you, which is an EE mast located at Sunnydale Nursery, Mansfield Woodhouse, this EE Site seems to be recently updated from an original 4G to a newer 4/5G mast which is also a bonus as your 4G registration and the 5G NSA Signal layer are coming from the same Mast, so this in effect rules out the need for 2 separate External Antennas to cover two different Site locations, meaning you can concentrate your External Antenna for both 4G and 5G using a single Antenna setup in the same direction.

Have a look at my above post Re your Cell ID location and recommendations, and I will look at your suggested Antenna (Poynting specs) and post back in the morning.

Hey that’s for the detailed reply, yes all that tech talk is very confusing for me 😂 but I’m glad it’s good news for once not bad Mansfield wood house nursery is about a mile from me so not to far, this was the antenna I was looking at no clue if it’s any good https://www.solwise.co.uk/5G-XPOL-1

Need something good asap my signal keeps dropping so really need antenna I guess
