Why can I ring my wife but when she phones me it says number does not exist

I got back from work today, and my wife said she’d been trying to ring me from a sky mobile, and it says my number does not exist. I took 2 phone calls around 4 o’clock so only seems to have started recently

Is this "number does not exist" an audible announcement or an onscreen message?

Is that the exact wording of the message?
