If you're connecting your phone by WiFi to your EE router plugged into a landline phone socket you are not using 4G.

The provider who supplies your home broadband has no bearing on your ability to use WiFi-calling either - the service works on any mobile router.
Does your phone show signal bars of the mobile network? Or of a WiFi network?

- No service in Turkey, can’t call help or text in Roaming
- Poor signal Wellingborough NN8 in Mobile Network discussions
- GOODBYE EE LIES LIES LIES in Mobile Network discussions
- EE Phone signal has been ZERO for 2 months up our road in Mobile Network discussions
- Plan removed from Watch by EE in SIM cards & Porting
