We have been rolling out Zoom phone in our organisation and a few users have complained about the zoom calls having no speech. We have tested on every other network successfully but cannot get this to work on the EE network using either Apple or Android handsets.
We performed some testing with Zoom and even though the call setup is successful they’ve confirmed they cannot see any voice traffic on their SBCs from EE network.
Can EE please investigate why this is happening and why traffic is being blocked from these app.

Please let us know how you get on after Zoom get back to you @dickieibrd1974
I would also suggest reporting this to our Technical Support team and they can get this looked into further for you.
Leanne 🙂

@dickieibrd1974 This is a carrier problem I have had an issue with zoom and they have done extensive testing and once a handset is moved from a Wifi network to the EE network the traffic stops hitting their servers!
We are a corporate Zoom customer but luckily not an EE corporate customer!

Hi both.
Have Zoom replied to let you know if they support IPv6 and CGNAT for the Zoom phone?
Leanne.

Zoom have taken our comments and requests on board, I haven't heard anything from them as yet but testing this morning confirms that the phone is now working over 4G (for us anyway)
