Mobile signal booster flashing green and not working

Yesterday our broadband went down and ever since our mobile signal booster hasn’t worked. It is mainly flashing very fast on green, but occasionally goes red. I have tried resetting it and resetting the broadband as well but nothing is working. We have no signal here at all and I’m supposed to be working from home

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Where did you get the mobile signal booster and how long ago?

Thanks.

Leanne.

@Claire1456  If it’s an EE signal box that gives you a 3G connection in your home these got switched off on the 30th of June.

If your broadband router provides wireless, then WiFi-calling is now the recommended solution for any indoor coverage issues.

The vast majority, if not all, new phones sold in the past couple of years support the facility,
