I've been out today and had zero signal yet Telegram and Facebook were still working. Couldn't check in on my 'security' cameras, no emails, no notifications for anything except Telegram 🤔. Alexa wasn't working yet when I got home I checked network coverage for the area and it said excellent coverage. I've never had a problem there before. |

Mobile. PAYG. It was even showing that I had 5 bars and 4G. It wasn't a problem with the Ring app or Alexa because it worked fine when I left

Yep. Was fine as soon as came away from the area. Phone started going crazy with notifications etc. The parking app I was trying to use wouldn't work either. I had enough credit and data. I'm completely baffled

If this happens again, you can check for any problems on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker, and selecting 'Check Status' if nothing is showing, you can report this to our network team who will get this looked into.
Leanne.
