Have a Galaxy S23 Ultra and an Our Best Speeds plan.
Best download speed I've seen is 36Mb/s! (usually less)
Admittedly only an NSA service is on offer here but I'm getting double that speed from a distant O2 band 40 LTE+ service!
Seeing loads of band 3 signals at decent strengths in the Network Cell Info app when connected to EE.
I just don't understand it?
