Why does my phone permanently have no network coverage?

More questions than answers here really...
If you're always in a location which has no service, then your symptoms would be explained. But that's quite unlikely!
Try doing a manual network search - does EE, or indeed any other network, show?
When did your phone last show network coverage? When did you last restart your phone or toggle flight mode?

Samsung update a few days ago. Now the phone has not registered with EE. Other phones in the household are still ok with a nearby mast. The EE website and phone app is useless.. no advice, no solutions, rubbish.

@LawrenceEdward Have you tried your sim in a different device? Have you tried a different sim in your device? Until you try these you don’t know if it’s a phone issue or a sim issue as obviously you point out other devices don’t have a problem with network connectivity issues so it’s not a network problem, it’s a local problem ie the device or sim.

The post above has some advice which you've ignored...

All the common sense solutions tried.
A visit to the EE shop tomorrow

The solution I pointed out will easily identify between a phone and sim issue.
If that's not common sense in this situation I don't know what is. Good luck in the shop.
