Hi since last Thursday EE coverage been really poor blackspotting no steady coverage nothing loads up. I have to put my home WiFi on to get messages or calls just can't get good signal and been fine since we moved to area haven't had any issues till last week this needs looking into deeper. Something is wrong at that mast for that location even in car no coverage and I always had no issues in the car till last week

A new mast has gone up on the Huddersfield road which is conflicting with the other mast in the area signal just keeps going from 4G to 5G and signal very low one bar in cases

Hard to be certain from that picture, which network that's serving.

Phones will always attach to the site providing the best radio conditions. A 5G phone will also naturally have a preference for 5G service, that can result in fewer on-screen bars if the server is further away.

This happens with all new technology rollouts, 5G is the same.
