Something is wrong at that mast for that location even in car no coverage and I always had no issues in the car till last week

I al so in the WF13, and i hundred percent back this, I cant seem to make any calls on my device and when i do the call cuts off after a few seconds, I then check on partners phone who is also on EE and she cant even makes calls.

Checked coverage checker and it says all is fine when that it not the case

This needs urgent attention, and investigation with a resolution

After using the "check service status" option on the webtool, there are 2 options depending on the outcome

1: If a recognised fault is identified, choose "keep me updated"

2: If there is no recognised problem, choose "report a problem"

I suggest every affected user follows the second option. That should be the quickest way to the right teams.

Ive already done the usual rebooted both phone turned wifi, Bluetooth off and the same issue occurs

Already done that

FYI you have a short time after posting to edit, negating the need for multiple short replies.

When, exactly did you do this? What communication have you received in response?

I have received an email from EE when choose report a problem

They have sent me an email to say they looking into this issue and to check service status

I have rebooted my both phone, check network settings and everything on default, both phone have full reception with active 5g network but the calls are constantly cutting off

The OP in this thread seems to be reporting different symptoms to the "me too" user ahuss.

OP = coverage poor, "blackspotting" suggests loss of coverage.

"Me too" ahuss - "full reception" but calls dropping.

The "report a problem" link is absolutely the way to go in either case.
