Hello, I’m using EE 4G mobile data and recently the upload speed is extremely slow (2-3 Mbps). The download speed also becomes slower (15-20 Mbps). It happens since last week but the network status says everything’s good in my area. Is the speed really normal? Thanks!

Do those speeds vary from time and/or day? It could be load-related if so, are other EE users similarly affected?
The status checker has an option to "report a problem" which would be the next stage.

Speed is being this slow whole day (morning or night, weekdays or weekend) and it wasn’t like this before last week.
I have reported the problem but seems it hasn’t been followed up by EE. Not sure what else I can do..

Either planned work or a single-site issue could cause these symptoms, depending how localised it is and whether other users are also affected.
Either report it via the webtool again, or try escalating via CS on 150. The latter may require some patience, depending what other diagnostics you've already done.
