My signal is now really weak 1 bar 4g on all my EE provided devices. I used to have strong 4g and also 5g indoors. It also used to show strong signal indoors for 5g whereas it now says no 5g near me.
Cell mapper shows I'm connected to enb15461 which is a few miles away and I never now connect to enb15467 which is nearby. EE say there's nothing wrong. I'm paying over £200 per month and my phone calls drop and I get less than 10mbps

The amount you pay shouldn't have any bearing on your level of service, but if calls are dropping when coverage is shown - that is an issue to be reported.
Does your phone show VoLTE indicators when calls drop? You can check for, and report, service issues by using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
Out of interest, are you aware of which 4G carriers you were using prior to this issue - and indeed now?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
The only reason I mention how much I pay is to emphasise the fact that contractually I have to pay that whereas EE are not providing the service they used to.
As far as I'm aware yes volte shows all the time.
15467 before and 15461 now. I've reported it by phone more than once and also via the link as stated but has made no difference. It's the same on all our handsets.
They say no issues but it's obvious that the local tower isn't accepting connections, even the coverage checker shows no 5g around it when I had 5g indoors prior to the issue

Which EARFCN were you using before, and now? That might also factor in the indicated coverage.
