Hi,
I’ve recently moved to an EE plan with 5G+ access and have been testing the service on my iPhone 18 pro
.
I ran a Speedtest outdoors while connected to 5G+ and received:
I appreciate that 5G+ indicates 5G Standalone rather than guaranteeing a particular speed, but I was expecting considerably better performance outdoors, particularly given the way 5G+ is advertised.
The 780 ms latency while downloading also seems unusually high.
Is this considered normal performance for EE 5G+, or could there be congestion/capacity issues with the local mast? Is there anything EE can check regarding the provisioning of 5G+ on my account?
Thanks.

Are you familiar with using iOS Field Test Mode? (Sometimes referred to as FTM)
