Hi there, I can’t verify my account as I have no network coverage as my SIM is busted and I only have access to Wi-Fi

What do you mean by "verify my account", and why do you think you need to?
Your SIM is what provides a phone with access to EE's network - if it's broken, you won't have network access regardless of WiFi-calling or network coverage.
The resolution to a "busted" SIM is to replace it.

It will require verifying a one time PIN when placing an order so unfortunately if you do not have a working SIM it wont be possible. You can order a replacement SIM for delivery by giving us a call on 150 from an EE SIM or 07953 966 150 from any phone.
You can also pick up a free replacement SIM from an EE store with photo-ID if you are the account holder. EE Store Finder | How to find your nearest EE store | EE
