You can switch off 5G on your device if you choose. but 5G will still be around you being given off via the many cellular masts from all networks. It’s not just the phone.
I suppose these people you follow are in to conspiracy theories as well. If 5G has any effect on you or anyone else then you can be sure there won’t be a 5G network. It’s perfectly safe to use and it’s been around you since 2019 for consumers.
