Just moved over to EE and not able to call 0345 numbers, I am in the UK on an iPhone16 with a full inclusive package (unlimited all). The calls just don't ring and eventually say call failed HELP !!!

Can you call any 03x prefixed numbers? Or is only one specific number affected? And if so - can you quote it on here?
How about 01x/02x prefixed numbers or 080x numbers?
