Total blackout

Since Thursday 16th we've had a TOTAL blackout including EMERGENCY SERVICE 4FS.

 

EE are woeful, they clam it took 5 DAYS to START to investigate and will take another 5 DAYS to fix. Affecting 1000's of users.

 

Unbelievably bad service.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some problems with your service. Is there an issue listed on the network status checker for your area?

yes, and I can see the 100's of reports of outage.

8 days and counting outage is OUTRAGIOUS. Started to move all my accounts to O2.

Day 9, some service. Up and down like a yoyo then complete black out again for several hours. Fortunately my O2 data SIM arrived and I have a data service.

Sounds like fault fix attempts are continuing.

 

Unfortunately, outages affect all networks from time-to-time and not all resolutions are as quick as everyone would like.
