EE is hands down the worst and weakest network in the entire UK. I’ve used O2 and Lycamobile in many different locations before, but after switching to EE for just a month, I can easily say this is the absolute worst and slowest internet experience of my entire life

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with your service. I have previously used O2 and Lycamobile in various locations without such issues. However, after using EE for a past month, I have found it to be the weakest and worst network in the UK. This is truly the worst internet coverage I have ever encountered in my life.

Hello @Edrisyosefi1234 ,

Welcome to the community,

Well, I have to say, that I have not had problems there I have been, this will depend where you are, you can also check, report and receive updates. Most customers do not have this problem, but it could also be due to the weather, with the extreme heat, maybe, that is why we also have wifi calling, when using fixed broadband.

Which areas are you complaining about and did you try a pay as you go  SIM card to see if you had problems first?

Hi @Edrisyosefi1234

Sorry to hear you’re facing an issue with signal recently.

The first step to try is restarting your device.  Do you know if anyone else on EE in the area who is facing the same issue?

You can check coverage and network status at Check mobile coverage where you can also report any issues you are facing, as well as sign up for updates on any known issues that may be going on.

If you're still facing an issue we recommend getting in touch with our customer service team where a guide in the technical team will be able to investigate the signal experience you're having.

Hi @Edrisyosefi1234

No network can provide 100% coverage everywhere, some areas are better than others this is the current state of the UK network.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Edrisyosefi1234  The funny part about all of this is that Lycamobile is a MVNO network and that means they don’t have their own network they use one of the actual mobile network providers, and Lycamobile use EE so your saying that Lycamobile network is better than the EE network and yet it’s the same network.    Go figure.
