Terrible network connection

I am in Chingford and for the past few weeks the signal has been dropping in and out. EE keep saying the problem is fixed but a couple of hours later it is down again. I really need to be able to make and receive calls and if it is not fixed properly soon I will go to another provider.

Do you have fixed broadband? You can then use wifi calling to make and receive calls.
