Terrible mobile internet in central London

For the last two weeks, 5G has had minimal speeds, if it manages to even connect .

Awful support from EE. That's if you have at least an hour at least to wait and speak to someone.

Anyone else in the city struggling with this??

Is there any specific location within central London that you're finding problematic?

SE15.

I keep reporting, then getting texts saying it's fixed. It's only getting worse. Pack of lies. No follow through, no fix, nothing. Completely unreliable service for 3 weeks now.

I'll be cancelling my contract with EE tomorrow. I'm done with all this stress, too much.
