Hi,
Is anyone else getting terrible data coverage in their town centre? In central Windsor (Berkshire) I regularly have no data connection, just an exclamation mark next to the signal icon on my Google Pixel 5. Is this due to buildings (a castle?), proximity to a railway or anything else? Or too many people connecting to too few masts? It's a real problem given that paying for parking on RingGo needs an internet connection.
Ultimately would a different network be better, or are they sharing the same kit?
Thanks

Yes, still going on as a significant issue. Each of the three days I went into Windsor in last fortnight; it’s a total dead zone both inside and out. Even the shop staff know about it.

If you're having problems with your service, I recommend reporting a problem on our network status checker, @BerksPlantMan
That way our network team will look into the performance of the masts in the area.

Interesting to read this thread and see that these issues have been ongoing for some time. The coverage checker says the signal is excellent, my phone shows 3 or 4 bars (4G) but there is no Mobile data throughput and I can't even receive a text message! How can this deadlock situation be broken? The EE network simply does not work at all in central Windsor

Hi @PaulH27,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Are any problems reported if you select the 'check status' option?

Hi @PaulH27,
If the network status checker said there are no known issues in the area, please use the 'report a problem' button to make our network team aware of the issue.
They'll get back to you within a day or two.
Thanks 🙂

How do you report a problem from a location where the network coverage doesn't work?!

Hi @PaulH27,
You don't have to be using mobile data at the location to report the problem. You can do it right now at EE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal.
Hope this helps.

Hi @James_B
I have tried to report an issue on the link you have provided multiple times in the last week but consistently get an error message at the final stage.
"Sorry, something went wrong
We are unable to submit the form. Please try again later."
Pretty frustrating as the signal in Windsor remains appalling.

Hi @charlieraw,
Please could you try a different web browser and let me know if you see the same issue?
Thanks
James
