Terrible Indoor Network coverage Column Road, Cardiff

Hello

I bought EE sim yesterday.

The network is fine outdoor but getting indoor there was no single bar.

I have to stand near the windows for hours to get things done.

I have lot of calls to receive and also works to do on the internet.

What do please, the SIM is not serving

@oluwafemi89   Can you use Wi-Fi calling?   No network will guarantee a single indoors as that building can be blocking the signal. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How do I do that man?
