Terrible 4G data speeds

My 4G data is terribly slow indoors but excellent outdoors. My partner uses a different network but she gets excellent speeds everywhere at home. I have reset my data settings many times but nothing has changed.

@Femy  So your home might be causing the issue not the network as you say it’s ok outside but not indoors.   What a different network is doing has nothing to do with the EE signal on your device. 
 
 But what does using THIS say about that signal indoors in your location. 

 You can also use that to see if there is a network issue in your area by using the check status tab.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I checked the network status for my area and the result is "great outdoors
and good indoors".
What I am experiencing is NOT GOOD

How long have you been having this issue?

The output of "great outdoors and good indoors" suggests you've clicked "check coverage". If you choose "check status" this checks for known issues and also allows you to "report a problem"

It's been for about 3 weeks now.

I just got my EE contract last month and I have never had good speed indoors. I didn't notice this at first though as I wasn't really using my mobile data when I got the contract.

I have tried to report the issue but I get this message "Sorry we cannot submit your form" I guess it's a temporary issue with the webpage. I'll try that again.

Could you try reporting it on that network status checker please, @Femy?

If it doesn't work, could you try doing it on a different device please?

I have tried reporting the issue from three different devices (including a laptop) and different browsers but it is impossible to progress through the page. The final message I usually get after clicking on submit tab: "Sorry something went wrong. We are unable to submit the form. Please try again later"

This has been happening for days!

That's really strange, @Femy.

I would recommend getting in contact with our Technical Support team so that they can find out what's happening.
