when you call from a mobile that works to tell them about a mobile that’s not working they tell you the mobile you are on is fine ?
no option to tell them you are calling about another number
then to make it worse they send a text asking you to text them back if you can’t text

@Jddy Why are you using a service that’s for the device that you are actually using at that time. Why are you not speaking to customer services about the device that actually has the issue.
