Sunbed Booking Site Wrongly Blocked by Content Lock - Urgent Review NeededConte

Hi EE Support Team,

I'm reporting an issue where one of our websites is being blocked by EE's Content Lock parental controls, showing the message "This website is blocked because of your Content Lock Settings with EE."

Website: https://suncity.bookinbeautiful.com/

Business: Sun City Oswestry - a legitimate sunbed tanning salon in Oswestry.

The issue: This booking website is being flagged as adult content when it's simply an online booking system for tanning bed appointments. We believe the block was triggered by terminology in the service descriptions which may have been misinterpreted by automated filters.

What we've done: We've clarified the website language (e.g., changing "professionals" to "sunbeds") to make it clearer that this is tanning salon equipment.

Request: Could you please review this domain and whitelist it? This block is preventing legitimate customers from booking tanning appointments on their mobile devices. The website contains no adult or inappropriate content - it's purely a booking system for sunbed appointments.

Happy to provide any additional information needed to verify this is a legitimate business.

Thank you for your help.

Hi @Hayley187

Under the The Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010 you have to be 18 years to use a sunbed so I understand and therefore the block on under 18 seems correct. Anyone over 18 can apply or change their content settings.

Thanks
