Struggling without old contact number

I am needing a really old contact number from when I first started with EE in 2016 for one of my Gmail account, how can I retrieve the old contact number

@c9 You can not get it back. Once you give up a number it’s not retrievable

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
